The community organisations below can all issue food vouchers for our food bank and will make sure you are connected to wider support.
Vida Healthcare - Gayton Road
What happens next:
The referral agency will discuss your situation and supply you with a foodbank voucher where appropriate. They may also be able to offer you other support or help or refer you to other helpful organisations.
If you are registered with this GP surgery, you may be able to speak to the Social Prescriber to be assessed for a food voucher.
You can also obtain a voucher from your Social Worker, Health Visitor, Mental Health Team, Crisis Team and from Children’s Services.
