Norfolk Citizens Advice offers free, confidential, and impartial advice to anyone in the county. They are a local charity providing high-quality, accredited advice on a broad range of issues.

You can also obtain a voucher from your Social Worker, Health Visitor, Mental Health Team, Crisis Team and from Children’s Services.
Help Through Hardship
What happens next:
They’ll ask about your circumstances so they can understand your situation and support your wellbeing. They can help you get the support you need if you’re struggling to afford essentials like food, heating and toiletries. If you, or someone you know, is struggling with money, they can help.
The Help through Hardship helpline is a free phone service delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice. The friendly advisers have already helped thousands of people who are worried about money and are there to help you access the support you need.
The advisers can help you get the support you need if you’re struggling to afford essentials like food, heating and toiletries. They can advise which social security payments you’re entitled to, guide you through any claims, and help you with emergency issues.
